Vendors who are interested to register and participate in our current operation and projects are required to fill in this form and enclose the following document: 1) Company profile, 2) NPWP (For Indonesian company only), 3) Product brochure/ catalogue via email to our company vendor registration email with address is vendor.register@petroturbo.com and ensure to provide the email subject is Vendor Register (Your Company Name) with max size per email is 5 MB.
